Mitchelle Capobianco
Genevieve Capobianco
​
Mitchelle has been working in the area of Child Care since 1986. Mitchelle is a Qualified Educator holding her Advanced Diploma in Children's Services.
She has worked in Centres in Perth for many years with Children of all cultures and with Special needs.
Mitchelle moved to Denmark in 2003 and worked at Little Whalers since then. Along with her Sister Genevieve she purchased Little Whalers in 2007.
Genevieve has worked in Child Care since taking over Little Whalers with her sister Mitchelle in August 2007.
Genevieve is a Qualified Educator with her Advanced Diploma in Children's Services.
Prior to working in Children's Services, Genevieve worked in retail and the banking sector.
Genevieve is a jack of all trades working on the floor with the children, cooking their meals and doing Administration duties also.

Nicole Olden
Nicole has been at Little Whalers since late 2013.
She came to us with her Certificate III in Children's Services and spent the first two years here in the 2-3 year old room.
Nicole has now completed her Diploma in Children's Services and is working as the Qualified Educator in the 0-2 Year old Room caring for our littlest people.
Susan Halleur
Susan began working with us late 2016 and came to us from Albany Goodstart where she was the Cook.
Susan has completed her Certificate III in Children's Services and is now furthering her studies by studying her Diploma in Children's Services.
Susan is doing a marvellous job working with the Children in our 2-3 year old Room.
Paige-Louise Locke
Paige recently joined our team here at Little Whalers (late October 2020).
She has just completed Year 12 at the WA College of Agriculture, Denmark Campus.
Paige is really interested in furthering her studies in Child Care and is really interested in Working with Children with disabilities.
Paige is currently working with Nicole in our 0-2 year old Room and also covers us with working with our Children with Special Needs.

Rebecca "Bec or BJ" Brunings
Rebecca started her involvement in Child Care here at Little Whalers when she was still a teenager.
She worked and studied to achieve her Diploma in Children's Services.
Bec left Little Whalers in 2005 and went to work at ABC Albany.(now Goodstart Albany).
While there she was working as the 2-I-C.
Bec came back to Little Whalers in 2014 as an Inclusion Support Worker.
She is our Assitant Director here at Little Whalers and along with working fulltime has 3 beautiful children and a husband to care for.
Gail Corrans-Smith
Gail has been with us at Little Whalers for 12 months.
Gail is a Qualified Early Childhood Teacher who has spent many years teaching in and around Kalgoorlie.
Gail works in our 3+ room running the 3+ year old Program ensuring that our little ones get the best possible start to their schooling by getting ready for School through our service and learning through their play.
Emma Pratt
Emma originally came to us as a volunteer.

Emma has built a wonderful rapport with our little ones and she is now working for us and studying for her Certificate III in Children's Services.
Emma currently works with Susan in our 2-3 year old room but has been known to float around and be in all rooms during the week.
Deborah Carlucci
Janet Biddolph
Janet also has recently started working with us here at Little Whalers.
Janet comes with a vast knowledge of working with Children with Special Needs, especially children on the Autism Spectrum
Janet has spent many years working as an Education Assistant in Schools.
She currently works with Gail in our 3+ Room assisting with the 3+ Kindy Program.
Deb started working with us in late October 2020 in the capacity of Centre Cook.
Deb has had big shoes to fill (replacing Gen, who according to our children is the "worlds bestest cooker").
She is doing an amazing job.
Deb has been involved with our service for the last 13 years with her eldest son attending care followed by her other 3 children.
